Field workers needed – Spalding
0We are currently recruiting for a Field Workers to join our clients existing team based near Spalding
Shift:
Monday – Saturday
7 am – 4.30 pm or 4.30 pm – 00.30 am
Due to the location of the role, own transport is a PLUS
Main duties include:
• Picking and cutting Leeks or other vegetables from the ground
Person Specification:
• Previous experience in an agricultural/ farming role would be advantageous as the work is dirty and based in an open air environment
• Hard working and reliable
• Ability to effectively communicate with other members of the team
Benefits:
• Immediate start!!
• Piece rate ( up to £14 per hour!! depending on work performance)
