Quantity Surveyor
0We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our Team for a full time role, working on various projects across the country. The offices are based in Peterborough.
As a Quantity Surveyor your duties and responsibilities will be:
• Preparing plans, contracts, budgets and other documentation
• On-site measurement of drawings as required
• Preparing and analysing subcontractors quotations
An ideal Quantity Surveyor will have the following skills and qualifications:
• Experience in construction, you may already be qualified as a Quantity Surveyor or working towards it and will have strong analytical skills and cost management experience.
• The role will require occasional site visits and hence flexibility towards travelling and driving license is required.
• Due to the nature of our projects, the ability to speak both Polish and English is essential.
